- At the 3rd Council Meeting held on 8 May 2008, Mr Wilson Wong resigned from the office of Vice-Chairman(1). Mr Patrick Iu was elected to fill the vacancy.
- The 13th AGM was successfully held on 8 December 2007. New council members for the 2008 session were appointed. Following it was the 1st Council Meeting at which new office-bearers were elected.
- A seminar will be held on 1 December 2007 (Saturdaty) delivering a talk on New Territories Small House. Persons interested in the seminar can reserve a place on-line.
- 2007年7月11日立法局賬目委員會猛烈批評地政總署失職縱容個別人士非法使用政府土地,東方日報專欄『功夫茶』隨之加入抨擊有關部門資源運用上之失誤,引致土地管制失控。 本會亦承事件之核心問題回應『功夫茶』。
