- The 14th AGM was successfully held and the 1st Council Meeting for the new session of 2009 convened. Mr Thomas Chan Man Chiu was re-elected as Chairman of the Institute together with new office-bearers.
- The 5th Council Meeting was successfully held on 13.11.2008 and the meeting has scheduled the 14th AGM to be held on 15 January 2009 at the Scout Centre, Tsimshatsui.
- At the 3rd Council Meeting held on 8 May 2008, Mr Wilson Wong resigned from the office of Vice-Chairman(1). Mr Patrick Iu was elected to fill the vacancy.
